YLD-9016 is a cashew oil modified epoxy glycidyl ether. It possesses bifunctional epoxy active groups and is characterized by low viscosity, high reactivity, good flexibility, stable properties, and excellent water resistance. YLD-9016 is derived from plant extracts and features green, eco-friendly, renewable, and non-toxic characteristics. It serves as a non-toxic alternative to glycidyl ethers such as AGE and BGE. As an epoxy diluent it can be widely used in high-solids and solvent-free coating systems, as well as in fields such as composites and adhesives. It can also be applied to the surface alkylation modification of silica and titanium dioxide.
